By accessing or using eReadly.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
eReadly.com provides tools to extract, convert, and deliver web content and ebook files to e-reader devices via email delivery. The Service includes the ereadly.com web dashboard, browser extensions, and any associated APIs.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
eReadly.com does not claim ownership over any content you send through the Service. You retain all rights to content you own. By using the Service, you grant eReadly.com a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transmit the content solely to deliver it to your registered e-reader device.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to reproduce and transmit any content you send through the Service. eReadly.com is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from your use of the Service.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Billing is handled by our payment processors — currently Paddle.com and Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC). By subscribing, you authorise the applicable payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Both processors act as the Merchant of Record and handle payment processing, VAT, and sales tax on our behalf.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge by contacting us at [email protected].
We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may perform maintenance that causes temporary interruptions, and will endeavour to provide advance notice for planned downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eReadly.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
