We want you to be completely satisfied with eReadly. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we make it easy to get your money back.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of any charge — no questions asked. Contact us at [email protected] and we will process your refund promptly.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
When a refund is processed, your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to your paid plan features until then.
Requests made after 14 days of the charge are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will always do our best to be fair. If you experienced a technical issue or were charged in error, please reach out regardless of timing.
New accounts receive a free 7-day Basic trial with no credit card required. No charge is made during the trial period, so no refund is applicable.
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line Refund Request and include the email address associated with your account. We will confirm receipt within one business day and process your refund within 3 business days.
